It came as part of my hosting package. If you would like to know who it is with, I'll be happy to tell you if you don't already have a host. It is not the easiest blog to set up. Blogger could be considered Kindergarten, to word press's high school senior (at least from my point of view). I played with it before it went live. I have another site I installed wordpress, but I accidently over wrote the theme I finally had for it. And I didn't have a copy saved to my computer, either.
